Shipping & Return/Exchange Policy

In-store: We accept exchanges for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges may be made for other merchandise or store credit.

3 Sisters gives no cash or credit card refunds for items purchased in store. 

Online only: We accept exchanges for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges may be made for other merchandise or store credit.  Additionally, items purchased online may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping fee). To be approved for a refund, you must contact us at 3sisters@3sisters.com within 24 hours of delivery. Your return must be shipped back to us, in unworn, pristine condition and in the original packaging.  This policy only applies to online purchases returned via shipping.

You may return the item(s) only by courier-UPS, USPS, to the address below with copy of receipt within 14 days of receiving. Exchanges will also be accepted at our store for in store credit within 30 days of purchase online. After 14 days, you will receive a merchandise credit to be used online or at our store location. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. All items on sale are final and are exempt from our return policy.
