Many of our items  are  hand made by artists  around the world.  We always make every effort to  keep our items in stock,  occasionally  an item is  backordered.  In the  occasion that  this happens  we ask for your  patience and hope that we can accommodate you as soon as possible and will ship your order to you as soon as we receive  it.


3 Sisters takes great pride in our merchandise and we are committed in providing you with the best possible service whether in our store or on our web site.  You may return the  item(s) only by courier-UPS, USPS, to the address below with copy of receipt within 14 days of receiving for a full refund, less shipping costs.  Exchanges will also be accepted at our store for in store credit within 30 days of purchase online.  After 14 days, you will receive a merchandise credit to be  used online or at our store location.  No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge
